In our first collaboration, River Road Brewing and Hops commissioned a third-party authority to conduct an on-site audit of our organizational structure, production workflow, and raw material inspection processes. Impressed by our rigorous standards, they immediately placed an order for a 10BBL complete brewery system, requiring all electrical components to carry UL certification.

Midway through production, we noticed that one UL-certified component, though valid in most Canadian regions, did not meet the specific standards of their local district—a detail unaddressed in our initial discussions. We promptly shipped the correct replacement parts via express delivery the same day, resolving the issue without delay. The client appreciated our proactive responsiveness despite the oversight not being raised beforehand.

Since then, our partnership has flourished: they have returned to purchase additional systems, including 4BBL and 10BBL brewhouses, two 35BBL bright beer tanks, and multiple fermentation tanks. They consistently reorder and frequently showcase our equipment via video to prospective clients, serving as a trusted advocate for our brand in the North American craft brewing market.
