Before the pandemic, Mr. Chela visited Jinan on a meticulous factory tour, inspecting over ten brewery equipment manufacturers. His technical scrutiny was so thorough that even after leaving our facility, he returned specifically to revisit our engineering team and discuss equipment details. Despite supply chain chaos, we fulfilled the order and delivered the system successfully. Mr. Chela expressed immense satisfaction with both product quality and our integrity-driven service. Our bond deepened unexpectedly when he later requested help sourcing mining reagents—a field entirely outside our expertise. Though unfamiliar, we connected him with several suppliers to facilitate direct discussions. While unable to assist technically, our willingness to leverage networks solidified mutual trust. Today, we remain close friends; he regularly refers new clients and credits our transparency during the crisis as the cornerstone of his brewery’s launch.
