Supermax Expands Global Footprint: Pharma-Grade Emulsifier Delivered to US Client

Recently, we successfully manufactured and delivered a customized Pharmaceutical Grade Homogenizing Emulsifying Machine to a valued client in the United States. Designed and fabricated in strict compliance with cGMP requirements, the unit features 316L stainless steel contact parts, mirror-polished surfaces (Ra≤0.4μm), and a high-shear homogenizing system capable of delivering stable, sub-micron emulsions. The machine also incorporates a fully documented design package to support the client’s FDA validation process.
