1000L Vertical Bright Beer Tank

1000L bright beer tank is essential piece of equipment is used after the fermentation tank and before filling to ensure that your beer and sake are clear and of the highest quality.

With a capacity of 1000L, this tank is ideal for medium to large scale production, allowing you to efficiently process and clarify your draft beer before they are ready to be packaged and enjoyed by your customers. The tank is designed to effectively separate solids and other unwanted byproducts from the liquid, resulting in a clear and visually appealing final product.

    Vertical Bright Beer Tank Standard Configuration

    • Made of stainless food steel DIN 1.4301 (AISI 304)
    • Standardized dimensions and equipment, or according to individual customer requirements
    • Tank Capacity: 1000L (+25% Headspace minimum)
    • Inner jacket thickness 3mm, insulation is Polyurethane (PU),thickness 60-100mm,
    • outer jacket thickness 2mm;Cleaning the inner surfaces, polished to 0.4um;
    • 100% TIG welding with pure argon gas shield
    • Interior Finish: Overall polishing to 0.2~04 μm without dead corner
    • Insulation: Polyurethane, TH=80mm
    • Glycol Jacket on side wall
    • Stringent tank leakage test pressured gas
    • Stringent Jacket leakage test pressured gas
    • Food grade manhole on waist or middle
    • Full sanitary sampling valve and safety valve
    • CIP arm with 360° coverage CIP spraying ball
    • Mechanical relief valve 2 bar on CIP arm
    • Design pressure of 0.2MPa, the test pressure 0.4 MPa
    • Carbonation port with stone expand in the center of tank
    • Shockproof pressure gauge on CIP arm
    • Tri clamp discharge arm with butterfly valve
    • Thermowell for high accuracy temperature sensor
    • 4 stainless steel leg, height and level can be adjusted
    • Sanitary level tube with stainless steel ball valves
    • Complete valves, fittings and all parts
    • Double glycol inlet and outlet, dimple jacket for cooling;
    • Racking arm for beer outlet;
    • Standard clamp-type hops adding port;
