In addition, our fermentation tanks have the ability to inject CO2 into the tank, which helps to speed up the fermentation process and ensure that the beer remains at the right temperature. The sequestration of carbon dioxide from the fermentation process also ensures that the beer remains carbonated during storage and delivery.
For extra convenience, our fermentation tanks have been designed with separate cooling jackets for the cylinder and the cone. This allows for efficient heat exchange and ensures that energy is saved during the cooling process.
