Main description of the equipment
- Function: with isovoltage filling, automatic foaming, automatic sealing, capping, automatic washing, CIP cleaning and other functions;
- Equipped with a high-temperature and high-pressure bubble stimulating device.
- During normal operation, the machine is under automatic control, running at full or slow speed according to the filling and shortage of the bottles on the inlet and outlet belts. The bottle is blocked when entering, and no valve or cap is opened when there are no bottles. The filling speed is displayed, the cumulative number of filled bottles is accumulated, and the automatic start stop and safety protection of the cap conveying system are coordinated and interlocked through PLC computer control. The main drive of this machine is variable frequency speed regulation, and there is accurate pulse signal output to control the synchronous tracking of the inlet and outlet belts.
- Three side view door: three side view door, can directly observe the internal filling, sealing, cleaning situation; One side side open, easy to check and adjust the fault situation in time;
- Material: 304 grade stainless steel shell, 316L grade mirror stainless steel inner bladder, with super corrosion prevention function;
- Filling method: The advanced isobarar filling principle is adopted to ensure the balance between the beer internal pressure and the external environmental pressure during the filling process. Filling process can not foam, reduce the oxygen;
- CIP system: with a cleaning cup, one-key start, automatic cycle cleaning;
- The sealing roller series adopts imported materials and titanium coated sealing rollers, with a lifespan of up to hundreds of millions of cans. The sealing roller is maintenance free.
- Spray system: with a linear spray head, with a pressure regulating valve, adjustable spray size;
