6/8/10 Heads Customized Automatic Cans Filling & Capping Monobloc
The 6/8/10-head automatic filling and capping monobloc is controlled by a Siemens PLC and HMI for fully automatic operation. It handles 330 ml / 500 ml / 1 L cans (customizable to client formats). After manual can loading, the machine performs automatic filling, conveying, cap feeding and screw capping. With CO₂ counter-pressure and an auto-controlled buffer tank, it ensures high filling accuracy and product loss below 2‰. Output reaches 600–1000 cans/hour, making it a compact, high-yield and stable solution in its class.
