Recently, a client from the United States paid a special visit to our manufacturing facility to conduct a comprehensive, end-to-end pre-shipment inspection of a complete set of custom-fabricated pharmaceutical storage tanks. The client's team toured the production workshops, meticulously verifying the finished equipment item by item against established technical specifications.
The custom equipment in this order features 316 stainless steel as its primary material, with both the interior and exterior surfaces of the tanks subjected to rigorous, high-standard mirror polishing processes. The client's team conducted a detailed, itemized examination of every aspect—ranging from the quality of the raw steel plates, welding techniques, and dimensional accuracy to the surface finish and sealing integrity.
